These terms describe the basics of working with Neska Design for custom apparel, merchandise, creative support and fulfillment.
Projects and approvals
Project scope, pricing, artwork, quantities and timing are confirmed before production begins. Please review proofs and product details carefully; approval confirms that the information is ready for production.
Artwork and permissions
You are responsible for having permission to use logos, artwork, names and other materials supplied for a project. By sending artwork, you confirm that Neska Design may use it to complete your project.
Pricing and payment
Quotes are based on the information available at the time. Changes to quantities, products, artwork, delivery locations or timing may change the final price. Full payment is required before we begin your order.
Production and delivery
Estimated timing depends on product availability, approvals and production capacity. We will communicate material changes as soon as reasonably possible. Delivery dates are estimates unless a written commitment is provided.
Changes and cancellations
Once artwork or production has been approved, changes or cancellations may involve costs for work already completed, products ordered or production started. Contact us as early as possible if your plans change.
